FAQ
- My card isn't in the list. Can I add it?
- The card list is bundled with the app. You can request a card be added by opening a GitHub issue.
- The reward rate for my card is wrong.
- Card benefits change occasionally. Please open a GitHub issue with the correct rate and we'll update it in the next release.
- How do I delete a card?
- In My Cards, swipe left on the card and tap Delete. Or tap Edit, then tap the red minus button.
- Does CardCue connect to my bank?
- No. CardCue has no network access and never touches your financial accounts. See the Privacy Policy.
- Where is my data stored?
- Your card names and notes are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, CardCue also keeps a private backup in your iCloud account so your data can be restored if you delete and reinstall the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
