FAQ

My card isn't in the list. Can I add it?
The card list is bundled with the app. You can request a card be added by opening a GitHub issue.
The reward rate for my card is wrong.
Card benefits change occasionally. Please open a GitHub issue with the correct rate and we'll update it in the next release.
How do I delete a card?
In My Cards, swipe left on the card and tap Delete. Or tap Edit, then tap the red minus button.
Does CardCue connect to my bank?
No. CardCue has no network access and never touches your financial accounts. See the Privacy Policy.
Where is my data stored?
Your card names and notes are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, CardCue also keeps a private backup in your iCloud account so your data can be restored if you delete and reinstall the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
